To show how we manaaki, our commitment is to contribute 5% of our fees from each placement to organisations that foster positive environmental and social outcomes.
We believe that business can be a force for environmental and social good, and can provide direct benefits to the environment by funding organisations that understand the issue at hand, do the mahi and do it efficiently. 
We make a direct donation on our clients behalf from our fees. Our clients are able to donate to an organisation that we have chosen to support based on our values and the impact they can have on the environment and society.
